Tickets for the Goldkammer Frankfurt are only available at the box office. For larger groups (more than 10 persons), please make an advance reservation at info@goldkammer.de. We look forward to your visit.

MEDIA GUIDE

INFORMATION ON THE PANDEMIC

The museum Goldkammer will reopen on 12 May 2020. The currently usual hygiene measures will be implemented for the operations. These include regular cleaning of the surfaces, a reduced number of visitors per exhibition area and individual protection for mouth, nose and hands.

Please note the following hygiene protocol for the protection of mouth, nose and hands:

Gesichtsmaske

Access only with face mask. Mask and gloves are compulsory for adults. Please bring them yourself. If you do not have any, you can buy them at the ticket office.

Handschuhe

Gloves for children up to 12 years are available free of charge. Wearing a face mask is voluntary for children up to 12 years of age.

Hände desinfizieren

Please disinfect your hands after entering the Gold Chamber before putting on gloves provided or purchased by the Gold Chamber. We recommend that you put on your own gloves before entering.

Mindestabstand einhalten

Please maintain the legal distance of at least 1.50 m and observe the access regulations for the individual museum areas.

Niesen

Please sneeze and cough in the crook of your arm and not into your hands.

Please refrain from visiting if you feel ill or are ill.

Individual and group tours:

Individual and group tours are currently not availabe even after the reopening. As soon as the situation relaxes, we will be happy to offer you guided tours again. Please send us an e-mail to be informed about changes via our newsletter and to receive a general invitation for the newsletter.

When is the Goldkammer Frankfurt open?
The Goldkammer Frankfurt is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm. It is closed on Mondays. School classes and other groups can visit the Goldkammer from 9 am to 11 am on weekdays.

Do I have to make an advance booking by telephone to visit the Goldkammer Frankfurt?
An advance booking by telephone is not necessary, but in order to ensure you get in, we advise you to book a ticket on the Internet specifying an admission time, because the number of visitors is restricted by fire regulations.

Is it possible to visit the museum with a baby carriage or a wheel chair?
The Goldkammer Frankfurt offers barrier-free access throughout the building.

What does admission cost for children and young people?
Admission for children and young people under the age of eighteen is free.

What is the regular price of admission for adults?
The regular price of admission for adults is 10 euros.
